which includes advice accompanied by professional representation in the
courts and in the labor courts, as well as notarial services including
notarized translations in seven languages: Hebrew, English, Spanish, Romanian,
Italian, French and Portuguese.

operating in various sectors, including public companies, contracting
and engineering companies, and it provides them with ongoing legal
advice and litigation services.
The firm is headed by Advocate
Varda Rosental, who is a qualified mediator and notary, and she holds an
additional degree in English Literature and Musicology from the Hebrew
University of Jerusalem.
Advocate Rosental completed her articles
of clerkship at the law office of Menachem Klein who currently serves
as a judge in a Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court in the civil-commercial
field, hearing financial claims and labor disputes.
Advocate
Rosental has established herself as an expert in the field of building
defaults, an area of law that has grown substantially over the last
decade, and she acts mainly on behalf of tenants and the condominiums
representatives as well as contracting companies, in the courts of law.
Through her experience as a mediator, Advocate Rosental has
been successful in settling numerous claims through compromise in cases
where the client seeks to shorten the court process and maintain a
proper relationship with the litigants.
Advocate Rosental
currently serves as the Chairwoman of the District Psychiatric Committee
for the Tel Aviv and Central Districts. Moreover, she has served on
various commissions of the Bar Association, including the Labor
Law-Legislation Commission and the International Relations Commission:
Spanish speaking countries, and the Committee for the Advancement of
Women Lawyers. She represented the Bar Association in the Disciplinary
Tribunal for the District of Tel Aviv.
